What the store will do

Pick an area. See the count. Mail them this week.

No sales call, no minimum beyond $75, no waiting for a quote. The same lists enterprise teams take as a weekly feed, cut to the postal areas a local business serves.

What it looks like

PreMovers.ca store: the Build your list screen. Pick a province, city, postal area, postal code or radius; choose new, on the market or off market; set dates and home details; see the count and price.
Build your list: pick the area, the dates and the homes, and the count and price update as you go.
PreMovers.ca store: the Choose your package screen. Standard at $150 per 1,000 with the mailing address; Plus at $250 per 1,000 with the home details; and a breakdown of the homes that match.
Choose your package: Standard or Plus, with a breakdown of the homes that match before you pay.

How it will work

1. Where are you mailing? A province, a city, postal areas (the first three characters, such as M5V, or M5* for all of them), full postal codes pasted in, or a radius of 1 to 50 km around your own postal code.

2. Which homes, and when? New listings, homes still on the market, or homes that have just come off the market, for the dates you choose, up to 12 months back. Narrow by price, bedrooms, bathrooms, floor size and type of home. Nothing is guessed: a home missing a detail is left out unless you tick to keep it.

3. How many? The count appears as you choose. Take all of them, or fewer: newest first, or spread evenly across your area.

4. Pay and download. Standard, with the mailing address, or Plus with the home details. Card payment, the file by email in minutes, the download link good for seven days.

Price

Standard lists are $150 per 1,000 homes, Plus lists with the home details are $250 per 1,000, and the minimum order is $75 (500 homes). Each list is licensed for one mailing by your business.

Until it opens

Tell us the province, cities or postal areas you serve and whether you want new listings, homes on the market or homes just off the market, and we send back the count and a sample file the same day. Frequently asked

Common questions

When does the PreMovers.ca store open?

It is being built now. If you want to know the day it opens, email hello@premovers.ca with "Tell me when the store opens" and you will get one email, on that day.

Can I buy a list before the store opens?

Yes. Everything the store will sell is available now by email: send your areas and the dates you want to hello@premovers.ca or through the contact page, and the count and a sample file come back the same day. Same prices, same file.

What will a list cost?

Standard lists are $150 per 1,000 homes, Plus lists with the home details are $250 per 1,000, and the minimum order is $75 (500 homes). Each list is licensed for one mailing by the buying business.

What is in the file?

Standard: the street address, unit, city, province, postal code and postal area of each home, checked against Canada Post address data. Plus: the same, with the date the home came on the market, the date it came off, its status, and the asking price, bedrooms, bathrooms, floor size and type of home exactly as listed. Never names, phone numbers or emails.

Is it legal to mail homes that are for sale?

The lists carry addresses only, no names, phone numbers or emails, so there is no personal information in them. Mailers address the piece to "The Homeowner" or "Current Resident". Canada's anti-spam law covers email and text messages, not paper mail. Your mail piece itself has to follow the ordinary advertising rules, as any flyer does.
