86% of Toronto homes on the market passed every mailing check. We sell only those: 39,945 homes in the last 12 months. Every address passes a Canada Post check, starts with a street number and belongs to a real home, so every piece you mail has a door to land at.

A pre-mover list for Toronto is a list of mailing addresses for homes that have just been listed for sale. When a house goes on the market, the household is weeks away from a move. That is when they choose a mover, get quotes for repairs and painting, and set up services at the new address. A postcard or letter that lands in that window gets read.

Every week we capture new residential listings across Toronto and follow each home until it comes off the market. Every address is checked against Canada Post address data, and only mailable addresses go into a list. This page covers the whole City of Toronto: Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, York and East York.

Just listed and off market mailing lists

Just listed: homes that came on the Toronto real estate market in the weeks you choose. The household is getting ready to move, so this is the list for movers, cleaners, stagers, painters and anyone who helps people get out the door.

Off market: homes that have just come off the Toronto market. Many have a new owner on the way, who will be shopping for renovations, furniture, landscaping, internet and insurance.

Both lists come from the same fresh weekly listings data, so you can mail either one, or both.

Choosing your part of Toronto

Take the whole city, or only the postal areas you serve. Postal areas are the first three characters of a postal code, such as M5V, M2N or M5A. You can also draw a radius around your own postal code, and narrow by price, bedrooms or type of home.

If you want fewer homes than the count, choose the newest listings first or a spread across your whole area.

Price

$150 per 1,000 homes, with a minimum order of $75 (500 homes). Each list is licensed for one mailing by your business.

Weekly listing data since 2014

PreMovers.ca is run by BrightCat Data Ltd., which has collected weekly Canadian listing data since 2014. The same homes are tracked week after week, with the dates to show it.

From 16 October 2025 to 15 October 2026, an average of 610 mailable Toronto homes came on the market each week, and 86% of Toronto homes on the market passed every mailing check, giving 39,945 mailable homes in those 12 months. Can I mail only part of Toronto?

Yes. Choose postal areas by their first three characters (for example M5V, M2N or M5A), or a radius around your own postal code. You can also choose by price, bedrooms and type of home.

How fresh is the list?

The file is updated every week. A home that goes up for sale this week is in next week's list.

Are names or phone numbers included?

No. You get the mailing address and details about the home, never a name, phone number or email. Most mailers address the piece to "The Homeowner" or "Current Resident".

Can I get a list of Toronto homes that just came off the market?

Yes. Choose off market homes and the dates you want. In the last 12 months 33,187 mailable Toronto homes came off the market. They suit businesses that serve new owners, such as renovators, landscapers, home security, furniture stores and insurance.

What do new, still for sale and off market mean?

New homes came on the market in the dates you pick. Still for sale homes were listed earlier and are still on the market. Off market homes are no longer listed; we date them by the first week they were gone.
